You know, "Mermaid" was my nickname in gym. We had a swimming class and all the guys said they thought I was a topless girl from behind. And another guy said he thought I was a mermaid.I was one of the best swimmers in the class, so they all just dubbed me Mermaid. It's relatively humorous in an emasculating, derogatory kind of way.
